In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a HR Generalist.

The HR Generalist supports the smooth operation of the hotel by providing comprehensive human resource services in various tasks, such as recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding, training, health & safety, and housing. This position aims to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the Group’s values and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in candidate sourcing and coordination of interviews.
  • Ensure the collection of any necessary hiring documents.
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary resources and training.
  • Manage employee housing and ensure the efficient operation of accommodation facilities.
  • Perform periodic audits for safety, Security and state of repair of the staff accommodation facilities.
  • Manage employee restaurant’s efficient operation and standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Oversee the scheduling of doctor visits and ensure the completion of the medical examinations.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff development and compliance.
  • Track training completions and file signed attendance sheets.
  • Assist, as necessary, in the performance review process.
  • Coordinate, review and execute all employee reward activities.
  • Contribute to any special HR initiatives and events.
  • Generate HR-related reports and metrics as requested, e.g. about training.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Experience in recruitment, training coordination, or payroll administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to handle employee relations.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems.
  • Fluent in English.
