Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO in a luxury hospitality environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel, confidential information, communications, reports, events, VIP engagements, and strategic initiatives. The role liaises with senior leaders and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion, professionalism, service excellence, and brand standards.

The F&B Cost Controller monitors and analyzes hotel food, beverage, inventory, procurement, and operational costs. Responsibilities include maintaining cost-control systems, auditing inventories and supplier transactions, verifying invoices, managing stock levels, preparing variance and cost reports, supporting budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial controls. The role collaborates with department heads, procurement, hotel managers, and senior management to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Frequent travel to hotel properties may be required.

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, cash flow plans, and variance analyses across a hospitality investment portfolio. Builds financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and project returns, supports investment memos and presentations, and collaborates with operations and senior stakeholders. The role also drives reporting and planning process improvements while monitoring asset and portfolio performance.
