Designs and manages the Group’s total rewards and compensation strategy, including salary structures, incentives, benefits, merit programs, payroll budgets, EVP segmentation, and rewards reporting. Partners with leadership, HR teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure market competitiveness, legal compliance, effective payroll administration, and alignment with business goals. Acts as a strategic HR partner to the CHRO on broader projects.

Oversee hotel and resort revenue recording, daily income auditing, balance sheet reconciliation, invoice accuracy, payment tracking, and compliance with financial controls. Review rebates, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions; reconcile travel agency and corporate accounts; conduct departmental audits; coordinate with operational and finance teams; and maintain physical and electronic invoice records.

Supervise daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, journal reviews, reconciliations, accruals, payables, fixed assets, tax filings, payroll accounting, cash monitoring, audit coordination, ERP financial-module configuration, chart-of-accounts maintenance, and MyData reconciliation. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial records while supporting management reporting and statutory requirements.
