Prepare and process payroll data, manage HRIS (Pylon, Epsilon, ERGANI, EFKA), ensure legal compliance with labor law and GDPR, maintain employment records, produce payroll reports and forecasts, support recruitment paperwork, and advise supervisors on compensation and employment regulations.
