Manage daily office operations, procurement, vendor relationships, travel bookings, document and contract administration, expense tracking, inter-department coordination, and support preparation of reports and internal processes to maintain an efficient office environment.

Support HR operations with an emphasis on learning and development: coordinate hiring, onboarding, annual training plans, training delivery and evaluation, maintain training records, support performance reviews and employee engagement, manage staff housing and restaurant operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and generate HR/L&D reports.

Manage F&B cost control across all outlets: monitor revenues and inventory, perform counts and reconciliations, analyze recipe and portion costs, verify deliveries and supplier invoices, produce cost reports, implement controls to reduce waste, and support SOPs and HACCP compliance.
