We are expanding our Investment & Asset Management team and are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Associate to drive financial planning, reporting and performance monitoring across our hospitality portfolio.

Position Summary

This role delivers accurate, insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance asset performance – ideal for candidates with solid foundation in finance and strong ambition to grow within the dynamic hotel and leisure sector.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for portfolio assets.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs (e.g., revenue performance, GOP, EBITDA, cash flow), providing clear commentary on variances and underlying performance drivers.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting cycles, including variance analysis versus budget and prior year.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning at both the asset and portfolio levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure alignment between financial insights and asset performance.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic and financial analysis projects as required.
  • Drive process improvements within reporting, planning, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and build robust, dynamic financial models to assess investment opportunities and project returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reporting packs for senior management and investors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance or a related field (Big 4 experience will be considered an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – experience with financial databases and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem – solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast – paced environment.
  • Proactive, team – oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
