The Property Accountant will ensure accounting integrity for resident ledgers and accounting workflows in multifamily housing. Responsibilities include advising on rent, concessions, deposits, subsidies, delinquencies, utilities, move-ins and month-end close; translating accounting workflows into product requirements; validating calculations and terminology; leading testing and UAT; and documenting standards and best practices.
