Provides entry-level technical customer support for Deluxe software, monitoring application queues, managing support tickets within SLA guidelines, documenting customer interactions, resolving client cases, and communicating updates. The role requires basic troubleshooting, scripting, software and product knowledge development, and participation in collaborative case-resolution activities.

Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, build targeted datasets for omnichannel marketing campaigns, and provide product, customer, segment, and business-unit recommendations. Develop and implement statistical response, performance, and lookalike models using Python and R. Create KPIs from multiple data sources and collaborate with internal teams to support campaign performance and decision-making.

Develop and execute targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns for retail banking clients. Serve as a liaison among clients, agencies, vendors, and internal specialists; coordinate approvals and quality reviews; and create segment-tailored marketing materials. Responsibilities include creative briefs, concepting, copywriting, layouts, photography direction, proof approval, production specifications, data and print instructions, campaign schedules, presentations, and collateral inventory management.

Analyze data-driven marketing campaign performance by ingesting and sanitizing structured and semi-structured datasets, executing attribution and measurement processes, identifying campaign responders, and developing quantitative and qualitative analyses. Create reporting and visualization collateral using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools, communicate insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize marketing programs.

Owns end-to-end strategy, roadmap, backlog, financials, and performance for an AI Center of Excellence. Leads product management, prioritizes AI use cases, guides development teams, incorporates customer feedback, manages product P&L, and balances short- and long-term investments. The role requires stakeholder influence, people management, data-driven decision-making, Agile and lean practices, and strong B2B payments and payment-processing expertise.

Leads enterprise architecture and platform engineering strategy, including delivery toolchains, CI/CD governance, developer experience, golden paths, API integration, cloud-native architecture, security controls, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. Establishes architecture principles, manages tooling and platform investments, partners with security and compliance, communicates technical trade-offs to executives, and mentors architects and senior engineers.

Coordinates daily workflow for a design services department, reviews and processes design requests, manages work queues, prepares quotes, processes billing, troubleshoots artwork issues, advises customers on print requirements, recommends design services, and follows up on open or incomplete projects.

Makes outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners nationwide to request merchant processing statements. Sales consultants use these statements to identify potential savings and service opportunities. The role requires professional communication, organization, self-motivation, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Oversee cash application and billing processes across company codes, ensuring accurate and timely payment posting, billing, reconciliation, and clearance of unapplied cash. Monitor bank statements, department metrics, service-level agreements, and business process outsourcing performance. Partner with finance leaders, reporting teams, shared services, and AP/AR managers to maintain dashboards, resolve ERP discrepancies, and handle escalations.

Collects, analyzes, and documents customer business and technical requirements for complex financial technology implementations. Facilitates discovery meetings, creates requirements documents and statements of work, supports project estimates, obtains client signoff, and coordinates transitions to implementation teams. Serves as a liaison between customers, technical staff, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and may lead test planning and quality assurance activities.

Oversees daily processing by distributing work, aligning resources, and monitoring deadlines. Provides limited direction and answers employee questions. May handle customer transmission files and performs duties of Processing Specialist I–IV.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled, cloud-native solutions. Bridge onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery, own end-to-end AI software delivery, ensure quality, drive adoption of ML/GenAI capabilities, mentor engineers, and manage delivery outcomes including planning, risk, and timelines.

Design and validate new and existing products for manufacturability and cost; create specifications, BOMs, routes, and testing; support product introduction, revisions, and aftermarket; coordinate with product management, operations, and fulfillment.

Implements and configures Deluxe software solutions for client projects, including data entry, system customization, upgrades, testing, defect documentation, issue resolution, and implementation status reporting. Manages multiple small projects simultaneously, supports larger implementations, collaborates with project teams and clients, and escalates issues as needed. The role requires software implementation or support experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows-based systems, and networks.

Handles high-volume inbound sales calls from small businesses, identifies needs, recommends and cross-sells business supplies and services, and accurately processes orders. Meets revenue, customer experience, and time-management metrics while using Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and multiple order systems. Builds rapport, solves problems creatively, and delivers engaging customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Perform and manage client software implementations, configuring applications, entering client data, testing systems, documenting defects, and coordinating with project teams. Handle multiple small projects concurrently, validate estimates, and provide status updates to project managers and clients. Ensure solution quality and assist on larger, complex projects as needed.

Conduct inbound/outbound phone sales, learn sales process under an Inside Sales Manager, identify merchant needs, close sales, and meet sales objectives while developing skills for advancement.

Manage and optimize revenue enablement technologies to improve seller productivity. Administer platforms, manage content and integrations, support users, drive adoption and change management, deliver reporting and insights, and lead assigned technology roadmap initiatives in partnership with sales, enablement, operations, and IT teams.

Coordinate and distribute remittance processing work, monitor workloads to meet deadlines, answer basic employee questions, align resources with priorities, and support transmission of customer files. Performs duties across Processing Specialist levels under supervisor guidance.

The Chief Architect leads architectural vision and development for Deluxe's products, managing teams and establishing technology direction to support business growth.
