The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and leading effective hiring strategies and operations to attract high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and collaboration with business leaders.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled, cloud-native solutions. Bridge onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery, own end-to-end AI software delivery, ensure quality, drive adoption of ML/GenAI capabilities, mentor engineers, and manage delivery outcomes including planning, risk, and timelines.

Handles inbound sales calls to process orders, answer questions, identify and qualify customer needs, and close sales using a prescribed consultative approach. Multitasks across PC order systems, prices products, initiates proofs, releases orders to manufacturing, and follows through to ensure customer satisfaction.
