Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provides guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational change, and employee engagement. Advises managers on policies, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, coaching, and talent development while supporting a high-performance culture.

Supports two manufacturing locations and 185 employees by aligning HR strategies with business goals. Advises leaders and employees on employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational change. Provides hands-on HR support across three shifts while promoting employee engagement, development, retention, and consistent application of policies and employment laws.

Develop, test, document, and implement secure software solutions using .NET, React, C#, and SQL. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies, investigate bugs, contribute to technical designs, and address QA or support issues. Perform unit and integration testing, understand CI/CD deployment strategies, follow secure coding practices, and continuously improve development skills. Preferred experience includes payments or fintech, payment processing concepts, and AI-enabled developer tools.
