Teams at Deluxe

Coordinate and distribute remittance processing work, monitor workloads to meet deadlines, answer basic employee questions, align resources with priorities, and support transmission of customer files. Performs duties across Processing Specialist levels under supervisor guidance.

The Chief Architect leads architectural vision and development for Deluxe's products, managing teams and establishing technology direction to support business growth.

Partner with business leaders to lead full life-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, consult on workforce planning, source and engage diverse candidates, and create strategic recruitment marketing to attract leadership talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
