Perform laboratory research and development for life‑science/diagnostics products and processes. Plan and execute assigned projects, analyze data, apply advanced scientific knowledge and DOE, contribute to patent efforts, and support quality and process improvements under senior scientist direction.

Manage contract scoping, negotiation, and execution; resolve technical issues in Conga and Salesforce environments; develop compliance measures in Salesforce; design and implement contract-generation and process improvements; collaborate with teams using Conga CPQ and CLM; monitor contract lifecycle and renewals.

Analyze and optimize enterprise IT systems, identify process improvements via technology, collaborate with IT on implementations, ensure data security compliance, and provide user training and support.

Provide technical and operational support for consumable and cartridge manufacturing, including process troubleshooting, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), process characterization, in-process controls, DOE/SPC statistical analysis, root cause investigations, documentation (ERP/SAP), audits/CAPAs, technology transfer, and continuous improvement in a GMP/ISO 13485 environment.

Perform laboratory experiments and research studies, analyze and interpret data, document findings and prepare reports, ensure protocol and safety compliance, and collaborate with scientific teams to meet study objectives.

Perform laboratory processing and inventory of human biospecimens including DNA/RNA extraction, serum/plasma/PBMC isolation, aliquoting, and sample distribution. Manage electronic records and validated systems, handle infectious materials, execute manual/automated workflows, and coordinate requests to meet quality, compliance, and customer requirements. Report to Lab Head.

Plan and purchase materials to meet production schedules and inventory policies. Analyze demand, manage production/purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, procurement, and internal teams, maintain material master data and safety stock, create delivery schedules, lead production meetings, mitigate EOL risks, and manage direct inventory up to $60M while reporting financial impact.

Perform hands-on purification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides using HPLC and UV-VIS. Support production operations under cGMP, OSHA, and SOPs, document data in SAP/LIMS, maintain equipment and supplies, troubleshoot processes, and contribute to scale-up and process improvement efforts.

Conduct and monitor laboratory experiments under general supervision, analyze experimental data, document findings in electronic lab notebooks, prepare technical reports and presentations, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely results.

Support daily biospecimen acquisition and management including inventory, processing, storage, distribution, shipment, and chain-of-custody. Use LIMS and maintain accurate records, assist with lab maintenance and process improvements, and follow SOPs and safety practices.

Lead and coach SAFe/ART and PI planning, manage integrated project plans, track KPIs/OKRs, mitigate risk, provide portfolio-level reporting, and drive process improvements to deliver diagnostics R&D projects.

Support contracting, purchase order and invoice tracking, accruals, and Sunshine Act reporting for Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Maintain contract records, ensure compliance with SOPs and purchasing/finance processes, collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, and assist with CDMA projects.

Plan, coordinate, assess, and implement engineering changes (ECRs) for production. Create and maintain requirement/verification documents, BOMs, and master data. Support NPIs with prototypes and manufacturability feedback. Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React/Next.js and Java/Node.js backends. Implement microservices, Kafka event-driven systems, ETL/data pipelines, and REST APIs. Ensure performance, write unit/integration tests, collaborate on CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture and design phases.

Support contracting, supplier payment tracking, and Sunshine Act reporting for Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Manage POs, accruals, and invoices; maintain contract records and CDMA tracking tools; ensure regulatory and process compliance; collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and project teams; and assist on CDMA special projects.

Process bi-weekly payrolls accurately for multiple employee groups; validate timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes; maintain ADP WorkforceNow records and audit Workday interface files; handle new hires, terminations, and LOAs; reconcile payroll reports; respond to employee payroll inquiries; support audits; collaborate with HR/Finance/Benefits and recommend payroll process improvements.

Manage clinical data collection, validation, and clinical databases; ensure data quality and regulatory compliance; collaborate on reporting; and support audits and inspections.

Perform whole slide image acquisition and QC on clinical samples; support clinical research studies and trials; collect, analyze, and enter clinical data into LIS; ensure GCP and protocol compliance; maintain documentation; prepare reports and collaborate with pathologists and cross-functional teams.

Support financial oversight for revenue collections, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Build financial models, automated reporting and forecasting tools, and dashboards. Analyze performance trends, maintain systems, support contract management, integrate revenue/budget planning, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop metrics and implement reporting improvements.

Manage laboratory calibration and qualification records, enter and maintain asset data in management systems, coordinate vendor services and scheduling, generate reports and metrics, support audits, track assets and shipping, and assist with data integration and administrative tasks in a regulated life-sciences environment.
