Lead system-level design, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical devices. Develop and validate test methods, design test beds, analyze sensor data (Python preferred), author technical reports, support manufacturing process development, and manage defect lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of filling and packaging equipment in a cGMP diagnostics environment. Manage cross-functional projects, support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain manufacturing documentation, drive automation and process improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO and FDA requirements.

Support development and manufacturing of consumable fluidic flowcells for DNA sequencing. Perform SolidWorks design support, dimensional and surface metrology, component testing and quality inspections, inventory and lab support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and assembly.
