Lead integration of instruments, molecular diagnostic workflows, software, and data pipelines for next-generation diagnostic solutions. Define system requirements, develop test cases, execute verification and validation, troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain integration and verification documentation. Collaborate with assay, software, hardware, bioinformatics, and engineering teams while improving workflow automation and efficiency.

Supports global Phase I/II clinical trial execution from start-up through close-out. Provides operational leadership to cross-functional teams, CROs, vendors, and investigators; manages feasibility, timelines, risks, budgets, documentation, monitoring plans, drug supply forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Contributes to process improvement, organizational change, and patient- and site-centric trial delivery while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor.

Coordinate technical delivery for GenAI applications across engineering, product, data/AI, platform, security, and vendor teams. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, Jira backlogs, Confluence documentation, Agile ceremonies, UAT, release readiness, acceptance tracking, and delivery communications. Translate approved requirements into actionable work items and document technical architectures, APIs, data flows, integrations, and processes while escalating blockers and maintaining cross-team visibility.
