Lead planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Manage end-to-end production (setup, QA, UAT, approvals, deployment, monitoring), partner with marketing, product, analytics and agencies, maintain workflows and documentation, and ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Onsite, hands-on role supporting enterprise infrastructure across manufacturing facilities: Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, Active Directory/Group Policy, networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), Microsoft SQL Server, backup/disaster recovery, business continuity, and day-to-day operations. Uses ServiceNow for ticketing. Life-sciences or regulated environment experience preferred.

Conduct and design complex laboratory experiments supporting gene therapy projects. Execute bench work, analyze data, prepare technical reports and protocols, maintain GMP/GLP-compliant documentation, troubleshoot, and contribute as an expert team member or principal investigator.
