The Sampler is responsible for performing basic sampling and inspection tasks on vessels and barges, adhering to safety regulations and supporting senior inspectors. The role requires follow-up training and working in various field conditions.

Operate and set up CNC and precision metal-cutting machines to produce components to specification. Interpret engineering drawings, perform measurements, maintain tooling offsets, follow ISO quality procedures, document production activities, perform routine maintenance, and maintain safety and communication logs.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies to business goals. Provide coaching on performance, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, investigations, compensation, learning and inclusion. Support organizational development, analyze HR metrics, and collaborate with HR teams to deliver consistent HR services and improve the employee experience. Role is fully onsite in NW Houston, TX.

The Accountant II manages financial records, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and assists with audits to ensure compliance with GAAP.
