Manages front-desk operations by greeting visitors, directing calls, maintaining visitor and employee records, distributing mail, processing invoices, and performing clerical data-entry tasks. Maintains an orderly reception area, supplies, and emergency materials while briefing visitors on safety procedures. Supports Health, Safety, and Quality Management System compliance, client data transmission, administrative tasks, and operational improvements.

Manage assigned oil and gas accounts throughout the sales process, including needs assessment, solution development, proposals, technical presentations, account planning, prospecting, and relationship management. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to meet customer objectives and maintain satisfaction. The role requires oil and gas sales experience, preferably involving completions operations and hydraulic fracturing, along with strong communication, presentation, networking, and customer service skills.
