Owns recurring revenue operations cadences, commission audits, Salesforce administration, reporting, data quality, and operational support for acquisition, payments, and upsell teams. Builds dashboards, investigates data issues, maintains SOPs, supports sales managers, tests workflows, and uses AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, documentation, and QA.

Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered inventory management features. Translate business and customer needs into requirements, identify and prioritize AI use cases, define product vision, and manage scope, schedules, costs, and trade-offs. Partner with UX, engineering, security, legal, and leadership to build, test, monitor, and responsibly launch AI capabilities. Track metrics such as accuracy, adoption, and time savings while supporting globally distributed teams.

Provide dedicated executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar, communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Support People & Culture initiatives, employee events, onboarding, visitors, and the day-to-day workplace experience. Manage vendors, service agreements, budgets, and coordination across global time zones while maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.

Supports the CEO with calendar management, executive communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Manages Denver office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, access, onboarding setups, and workplace compliance. Partners with People & Culture on employee events, celebrations, onboarding, and support for local and visiting employees. Requires discretion, strong communication, organization, multitasking, vendor-management skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Owns and delivers EDI and 3PL integrations between customers and external trading partners. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages connection lifecycles, performs testing and compliance validation, resolves defects, and supports customer escalations. The role also manages small to medium projects, coordinates dependencies, communicates technical solutions, improves integration processes, and contributes to team documentation and performance goals.
