Provide dedicated executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar, communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Support People & Culture initiatives, employee events, onboarding, visitors, and the day-to-day workplace experience. Manage vendors, service agreements, budgets, and coordination across global time zones while maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.

Own and scale Cin7’s global field and event marketing program across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Lead trade shows, conferences, roadshows, customer events, webinars, partner activations, and hosted experiences. Develop integrated campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets and vendors, and measure event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact. The role also drives process improvements and adoption of AI-powered marketing tools.
