Lead corporate IT operations and cybersecurity as a hands-on head of IT/CISO hybrid. Manage device lifecycle, networking, identity, vendor relationships, Intune endpoint policies, SOC 2 audits, partner and penetration testing, security tooling (Wiz, CrowdStrike), AI security governance, policy architecture, incident escalation, and cross-functional security advisory.

Manage a high-volume SaaS book (≈450 accounts) to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Build consultative relationships, run QBRs and pricing reviews, track customer health, mitigate risks, and collaborate cross-functionally. Develop scalable playbooks, leverage AI-enabled tools and sales platforms, and surface opportunities to optimize customer workflows and ROI.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based SaaS inventory management modules. Work across backend, database, and occasional frontend layers, implement APIs, optimize SQL, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve performance, reliability, and test coverage in an agile environment.
