Develop and maintain features for Cin7’s cloud-based SaaS inventory management platform using C# and .NET. Work across application, database, API, and frontend layers; write SQL queries, unit and integration tests, and resolve performance issues. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, review code, use AI coding tools, contribute to AI-powered capabilities, and mentor less experienced developers.

Own Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX measures, and dashboards end to end. Trace and troubleshoot data flows through Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI while ensuring reporting accuracy. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, document reporting logic, and expand self-service analytics. Use and validate AI tools for queries, DAX, documentation, and reporting automation. Develop broader Customer Operations systems knowledge over time.
