Supports the CEO with calendar management, executive communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Manages Denver office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, access, onboarding setups, and workplace compliance. Partners with People & Culture on employee events, celebrations, onboarding, and support for local and visiting employees. Requires discretion, strong communication, organization, multitasking, vendor-management skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Owns and delivers EDI and 3PL integrations between customers and external trading partners. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages connection lifecycles, performs testing and compliance validation, resolves defects, and supports customer escalations. The role also manages small to medium projects, coordinates dependencies, communicates technical solutions, improves integration processes, and contributes to team documentation and performance goals.

Manage customer relationships for Cin7’s inventory management SaaS platform by driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and value. Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, monitor account health, and mitigate risks. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for customers, communicate product updates, develop scalable best practices, and improve the customer experience.
