Directs the enterprise information security program for a healthcare system, managing cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, information safety, privacy, recovery, and assurance activities. Leads staff development and ensures information systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with patient care and organizational objectives.

The role also develops scalable change management methodologies, tools, templates, standards, and measurement practices while partnering with clinical, operational, administrative, and corporate stakeholders.

Coordinates clinical product, equipment, technology, and purchased-service evaluations across a health system. Partners with clinicians, sourcing, finance, suppliers, and operational leaders to assess clinical appropriateness, costs, utilization, compliance, and supply continuity. Facilitates governance committees, product trials, standardization and conversion initiatives, supply disruption responses, reporting, and cost-benefit analyses. Supports strategic sourcing, contract compliance, supplier management, supply resiliency, and evidence-based purchasing decisions.

Provides office and program support, including greeting visitors, checking in clients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining supplies and records, entering data into multiple systems, coordinating background checks, supporting classes and events, and reconciling department purchase cards.

Develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiates and manages supplier contracts, and oversees assigned portfolios from sourcing through renewal. Partners with clinical, operational, financial, legal, compliance, and supply chain stakeholders to optimize costs, mitigate risk, standardize products, and ensure compliant contracting. Monitors supplier performance, contract compliance, savings, product evaluations, conversions, and delivery commitments while maintaining documentation and leading corrective actions.

Coordinates healthcare product, supplier, and contract conversion projects from approval through implementation. Develops project plans, manages timelines and stakeholder communications, coordinates inventory transitions and ERP or MMIS updates, tracks savings and compliance, mitigates supply disruptions, supports education and training, and provides post-implementation reviews. Collaborates with sourcing, contracting, clinical, operational, distribution, and supplier teams to achieve standardization, efficiency, cost savings, and uninterrupted patient care.

Provides clerical and operational support for a mental and behavioral health office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing communications, maintaining office supplies and records, coordinating facility services, supporting program classes and events, reconciling purchasing cards, confirming consumer paperwork, entering data into electronic systems, and training end users on system capabilities.

Supports Engagement and Stewardship by coordinating fundraising projects, events, donor recognition, and multi-audience communications. Greets foundation guests, maintains office operations, and ensures accurate, confidential donor records. Works with email marketing, spreadsheets, and databases to produce stewardship materials and support team priorities.

Provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Director of Executive Liaison & Board Engagement and Foundation leadership.
