We currently seek a Workday Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The professional in this role will analyze complex business problems and provide technical expertise for workforce analytics and reporting related projects, deliverables and work. Additionally, this role will maintain responsibility for the delivery and support of workforce analytics related reports and tools. The incumbent will also collaborate with HRIS, Information Systems and Finance teams, and educate and train end users.


Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics or information technology or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in Human Resources specific data analytics and development of user-friendly data visualization tools that assist Human Resources and operational leaders in identifying critical workforce issues and opportunities.
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics in Workday or other ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc)
  • Detailed systems knowledge across the majority of the following functional areas: Human Resources, Position Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR, financial and operational functions related to workforce analytics projects and the ability to navigate the organization and collaborate with other stakeholders.
  • Ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to improve, streamline or merge processes.
  • Skills in database management - Strong ability to read/write SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of and use of data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of advanced statistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect and analyze new data sources.
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and identify root causes/underlying themes.
  • Strong consultative skills - Asking the right questions and translating complicated concepts into simple terms.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as teamwork skills.
  • Requires compliance with legal requirements and strict confidentiality of records and information.
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.

This position offers a flexible work arrangement and will be primarily remote, with the ability to be onsite occasionally as operational needs require.
