The role will support both strategic and operational processes and systems across the Children’s Specialty Group and Connected for Kids. Serving as a key link to see the successful implementation of practice strategic initiatives and ongoing daily operational needs through careful data analysis, compilation and application. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally under the administrative leadership of the Director – Clinical Operations and the Connected for Kids leadership.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education (Experience can be substituted for education)
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience (Education can be substituted for experience)
- Five years of program management experience including experience leading projects.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
- Possesses advanced data analytics skills, and experience working with leading teams.
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills necessary to resolve employee and operational problems and assist in the development of departmental budgets and operational planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, clinic/hospital staff and community.
