Manages assigned contract portfolio including all management and administration activities associated with Children's contract management program. Plans and executes strategic negotiations in favor of Children's business needs, develops and oversees strategic sourcing of products and services within the assigned portfolio, and monitors contract compliance. Works directly with Children's leadership and maintains external vendor relationships intended to advance strategic sourcing arrangements. Bachelor degree and four or more years of contract related experienceExhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision. Advanced skills in planning, project management, analytics, and negotiating.Excellent interpersonal communication skills necessary to successfully coordinate work with Children's leaders and staff, and vendors.In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of purchasing, logistics, business management principles, and business math, including business case development, cash flow analysis and deal valuations. Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Windows based software, must include Outlook, Excel and Word experience with Access and PowerPoint experience. Knowledge (education/experience) of contract workflow, terminology and contract editing/redlining practices is required. Healthcare experience preferred.Portfolio management experience is preferred.
