Manage supplier compliance, risk mitigation and assurance programs for supply chain. Conduct supplier pre-qualification, monitor regulatory requirements (TWIC, OQ, D&A, background checks), support audits, drive process improvements, reporting, and digitization of assurance activities while working cross-functionally within LNG/oil & gas context.

Coordinate and oversee daily marine operations at an LNG terminal including cargo transfer PIC duties, ship berthing/unberthing, tug and contractor coordination, regulatory liaison, bathymetric surveys, KPI tracking, and enforcement of safety and environmental protocols.

Lead a small team to design, implement, and optimize supplier assurance, compliance, and risk mitigation programs for LNG/Oil & Gas operations. Drive supplier onboarding, master-data integrity, audits, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), tag XBRL, support external/regulatory filings (FERC), produce disclosures and schedules, coordinate with legal, auditors and Investor Relations, maintain internal controls and improve reporting processes.

Operate and monitor pipeline gas transmission systems via SCADA to ensure safe transport of nominated volumes 24/7. Coordinate with third-party control centers, manage nominations, recognize and respond to abnormal operating conditions, dispatch field personnel, maintain logs, security, training, and shift handovers while complying with safety and regulatory procedures.

Support operations accounting by recording monthly transactions and accruals in Oracle, performing reconciliations, analyzing actual vs. budget, and leading cash forecasting using Hyperion. Prepare adjustments for maintenance, production, tug costs, and departmental expenses; collaborate with departments and Treasury and participate in special projects.

Lead implementation and assurance of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs at an LNG facility. Facilitate PHAs and risk assessments, maintain the Process Safety Risk Register, manage incident investigations, support MOC/BORA/PSSR activities, develop PSM KPIs and tools, perform building siting reviews, mentor staff, and drive continuous PSM improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead Supplier Chain Performance and Enablement initiatives by developing strategy, analytics, KPI frameworks, supplier management, and implementing enterprise systems (Tableau/Power BI, RPA). Influence senior stakeholders, support Category Managers and Purchasing, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely, cost-effective supply for LNG terminal operations.

Administer and support the company CMMS (Maximo), lead change management, train end users, create and manage maintenance reports, support PM programs, assist with asset/equipment BOMs and maintenance scheduling, troubleshoot system issues, perform data integrity audits, and support planners to improve equipment reliability and maintenance execution.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for a portfolio of contracts including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, implementation, and post-award management. Drive category strategy execution, supplier qualification, compliance, continuous improvement, and data-driven analytics using GEP and Oracle. Collaborate with legal, risk, treasury, and internal stakeholders to deliver value and ensure contractual records and performance management.

Lead category management for capital projects across project development, pipeline construction, operations and land holdings. Manage a team to develop and implement sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and category strategies; negotiate and execute contracts; integrate procurement systems and SCM processes; ensure compliance, supplier performance, and value delivery for LNG, pipeline, and power generation projects.
