Facilitate PHAs and risk assessments, maintain the Process Safety Risk Register, manage incident investigations, support MOC/BORA/PSSR activities, develop PSM KPIs and tools, perform building siting reviews, mentor staff, and drive continuous PSM improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Coordinate and oversee daily marine operations at an LNG terminal including cargo transfer PIC duties, ship berthing/unberthing, tug and contractor coordination, regulatory liaison, bathymetric surveys, KPI tracking, and enforcement of safety and environmental protocols.

Provide market risk analysis and daily risk reporting for commodity trading portfolios, validate transaction representations in systems, liaise with Front Office, perform quantitative and financial modeling, and support risk model development and ad-hoc analysis using tools like Endur and SQL.

Technical lead for static equipment and mechanical systems at an LNG plant. Support maintenance, design, documentation, reliability, compliance with codes/standards, and capital project proposals. Provide engineering guidance, participate in Management of Change, and liaise with operations, maintenance, and external agencies to maintain safe, reliable plant systems.

Manage and optimize integrated LNG vessel schedules and inventory positions, identify schedule-driven risks, coordinate with Marine, Terminal, and Commercial teams, produce daily reports, and maintain commercial reporting tools to minimize operational and commercial delivery risks.

Provide day-to-day HR support and counsel for site employees on hiring, retention, termination, compliance, compensation, benefits, staffing strategy, and employee relations. Manage HRMS data, benefits rollouts, drug testing program, investigations, HR analytics, onboarding, and partner with Corporate HR, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition. Serve on the site emergency response team and perform other HR operational duties as needed.

Lead technical tax analyst responsible for researching and documenting federal, state, and international tax positions; owning transfer pricing documentation; monitoring and supporting OECD Pillar Two planning and compliance; partnering with cross-functional teams on transactions and strategic projects; supporting tax examinations and leading special initiatives.

Prepare the company's global income tax provision and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS; build taxable income forecasts and executive slide decks; calculate federal tax items and book-tax differences; maintain provision in Corptax; support tax payments, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements while liaising with external accounting firms.

Provide process engineering support for LNG plant operations, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, process optimization, simulations, testing, safety reviews (PHA/HAZOP/PSSR), project support, and regulatory compliance.
