Prepare the company's global income tax provision and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS; build taxable income forecasts and executive slide decks; calculate federal tax items and book-tax differences; maintain provision in Corptax; support tax payments, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements while liaising with external accounting firms.

Provide process engineering support for LNG plant operations, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, process optimization, simulations, testing, safety reviews (PHA/HAZOP/PSSR), project support, and regulatory compliance. Interface with operations, maintenance, construction, and commercial teams to ensure safe, efficient facility performance.

Coordinate daily marine operations for a 24/7 LNG terminal, acting as Person in Charge during cargo transfers. Monitor berthing, mooring, tug coordination, surveys, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, safety and environmental procedures, KPI tracking, and communications with pilots, shipping agents and federal/state agencies.
