Manage and grow channel partner and distributor relationships to drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Own account planning, forecasting, pricing, contracts, joint business plans, partner enablement, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and CRM-driven opportunity management.

Manage capital projects from inception to startup for a chemical manufacturing site: lead engineering analyses, develop scopes, estimates, schedules, oversee contractors and vendors, control cost and change management, and ensure project deliverables and readiness to operate.

Manage and maintain EMEA regulatory compliance data and reporting (including EU REACH). Support data collection, validation, dashboards, automation and financial tracking (POs, invoices, forecasts). Partner with Regulatory, Finance, Procurement and business teams to improve processes, deliver monthly outlooks, and enable compliance and operational decisions.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver capital projects across Corpus Christi, La Porte, and El Dorado sites safely, on schedule, and within budget. Oversee project planning, design, procurement, contracting, KPIs, and provide engineering support for operations and maintenance excellence. Partner with stakeholders and travel between regional sites.

Maintain financial control for ~50 capital projects: prepare monthly financial reports, perform cost analysis and forecasting (EAC), monitor budgets, manage change logs, advise project managers on financial risks, support gate reviews/close-out, and improve reporting and dashboards using SAP and EcoSys.

Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate shipping and vessel bookings, liaise with freight forwarders, prepare shipping/customs/finance paperwork, handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensure compliance with import/export and SOX basics, support sales with reporting, and assist warehouse with quality checks, stocktakes and disposals.

Provide mechanical engineering support and project oversight for manufacturing operations, troubleshoot and modify equipment, lead change-of-designs and root cause analyses, and lead the site Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance (MI-QA) program including PSM criticality assessments, inspection plans, SAP data maintenance, and maintenance procedure improvements.

Lead global compensation strategy and administration for base pay, annual incentives, sales plans, and recognition. Partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to ensure market competitiveness, pay equity, compliance, Workday optimization, and continuous improvement through data analysis.

Lead development of asset management and preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot fixed and rotating equipment, perform root cause analyses and FMEA, recommend repairs/upgrades, implement maintenance work management, monitor process performance using Uptime/Aspen/SPC, support vibration/lubrication/thermography programs, participate in D4RMI and Process Hazards Analyses, and provide shift/weekend coverage for non-routine events.

Operate cylinder filling with refrigerant gases, prepare labels in Excel, control inventory, handle material shipping/expedition, support procurement of production inputs, and participate in trainings and daily safety dialogues (DDS).

Support Asia-Pacific marketing and product management: conduct market research and pricing intelligence, develop market and product strategies, execute portfolio enrichment and pricing actions, monitor profitability and HFC quota usage, coordinate with sales, legal, advocacy, and global teams, and support MarComm and anti-counterfeit activities. Travel up to 25% across AP.

Manage feedstock logistics and warehousing for titanium ores and fluorspar: schedule shipments, maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, manage supplier relationships and junior miners, monitor port/offload and warehouse operations, approve invoices and goods receipts, analyze shipping costs, forecast and model dry-bulk shipping markets, and identify supply chain optimization opportunities.

Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations supporting 24/7 manufacturing, ensuring safety, ISO 9001/IATF compliance, accurate analytical results, calibration, method validation, LIMS/SAP management, auditing, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Manage North America inventory and replenishment to meet customer demand: submit monthly ship requests, execute replenishment plans, monitor forecasts vs. orders, maintain SKU safety stocks, set lead times in SAP, analyze demand patterns, and lead cross-functional inventory issue resolution.

Provide strategic global IP leadership for major business platforms: set IP strategy, oversee complex patent prosecution/enforcement, manage outside counsel, advise senior R&D and business leaders on freedom-to-operate and portfolio optimization, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate enforcement and budget/resource management for global patent portfolios.

Organize, develop, and deliver safety and regulatory training across Florida and Georgia sites. Maintain training records, lead PSM training element, manage VLM and CBT content, coordinate MSHA Part 48 training, run safety meetings, proctor testing, and drive improvements to job cycle checks and operational discipline.

Support process and production engineering for a high-hazard chemical plant: monitor and troubleshoot units, lead PSM activities (PHA, PSSR), drive MOC and continuous improvement, support capital projects, perform testing, revise procedures, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems; implement DCS/PLC changes; lead control-based continuous improvement; support PSM activities and capital projects; serve as alarm and interlock guardian; produce procedures/MOCs and train operations and maintenance personnel.

Sell Opteon and Freon refrigerants to OEM customers, develop and execute strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, manage forecasting, pricing, RFQs, and deliver data-driven account reviews to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Perform NMR analyses and support lab operations, including experimental design, sample preparation, instrument maintenance/cryogen fills, data processing/interpretation, report generation, and cross-functional communication to support R&D and product registration.
