Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate shipping and vessel bookings, liaise with freight forwarders, prepare shipping/customs/finance paperwork, handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensure compliance with import/export and SOX basics, support sales with reporting, and assist warehouse with quality checks, stocktakes and disposals.

Leads regional supply chain strategy and execution for the Americas, including customer delivery, inventory, cost-to-serve, logistics, process improvement, compliance, and performance measurement. Manages cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and technology. Develops team capabilities, drives continuous improvement, supports global supply chain standards, and oversees succession planning. The role requires extensive industrial supply chain experience, strong business and financial acumen, analytical and project management skills, and leadership in a matrix organization.

Serves as the primary customer interface, processes domestic, export, and complex orders, manages consignment inventory and invoicing, monitors deliveries, handles complaints and returns, and coordinates with internal teams to meet customer commitments. The role also performs quality checks, corrective actions, order tracking, and backup coverage while following applicable quality-system procedures.

Manage REACH registration dossiers and F-gas compliance for chemical products across EMEA. Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impacts, prepare compliance documentation, advise stakeholders and customers, support product stewardship and market access, participate in industry forums, identify risks, and improve regulatory processes, tools, and data quality. Collaborate internationally with commercial, technical, legal, and sustainability teams.

Lead global compensation strategy and administration for base pay, annual incentives, sales plans, and recognition. Partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to ensure market competitiveness, pay equity, compliance, Workday optimization, and continuous improvement through data analysis.

Lead development of asset management and preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot fixed and rotating equipment, perform root cause analyses and FMEA, recommend repairs/upgrades, implement maintenance work management, monitor process performance using Uptime/Aspen/SPC, support vibration/lubrication/thermography programs, participate in D4RMI and Process Hazards Analyses, and provide shift/weekend coverage for non-routine events.

Maintain financial control for ~50 capital projects: prepare monthly financial reports, perform cost analysis and forecasting (EAC), monitor budgets, manage change logs, advise project managers on financial risks, support gate reviews/close-out, and improve reporting and dashboards using SAP and EcoSys.

Manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects, owning schedule, budget, risks, and governance. Coordinate dependencies, support SteerCo, align strategy to execution, standardize PMO processes, drive continuous improvement, and lead select strategic initiatives.

Provides on-site second-tier IT support in a manufacturing environment, including PC lifecycle management, hardware and software installation, device configuration, troubleshooting, endpoint support, documentation, employee training, and manufacturing technology support. The role handles escalated issues, maintains infrastructure inventory, supports plant-floor systems and peripherals, and may provide off-hours assistance for critical manufacturing systems.

Supports Workday HRIS operations through ticket management, user documentation, SharePoint administration, year-end activities, compliance audits, configuration testing, and basic project support. The role maintains data integrity, documents system changes, coordinates with stakeholders, and provides customer-focused assistance to HR users. Required qualifications include two years of HRIS experience, Workday knowledge, documentation and audit experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Provides process and technical support for mining and separation operations. Optimizes mill performance, mineral recovery, throughput, and product grades; tracks operational metrics using process software; performs process inspections, troubleshooting, and incident investigations; supports capital projects, safety reviews, process documentation, SOPs, process flow diagrams, and management-of-change activities.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to technical leaders and product and process development teams. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expense management, SAP purchasing, maintenance requests, inventory and supplies, employee and contractor onboarding, site communications, process improvement, and recognition award coordination.

Provide process engineering support for Nafion IXM manufacturing, troubleshoot production issues, lead improvements in safety, quality, yield, uptime and cost, run trials for new-product commercialization, and participate in Process Safety Management and technical project work.

Administer end-to-end U.S. biweekly and monthly payrolls, ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll laws, resolve payroll issues, support SOX testing and audits, maintain payroll records, process equity-related payroll transactions, participate in system testing and year-end W-2 activities, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Compensation, and Benefits.

Provide automation, electrical, instrumentation, and process-control support for manufacturing operations. Develop and implement control-system modifications and process-control strategies. Configure, troubleshoot, and program DCS and PLC systems. Serve as alarm/interlock guardian, lead RCFA, support electrical-safety and capital projects, and coach plant personnel to improve safety, quality, yield, reliability, and uptime.

Support OEMs, customers and industry stakeholders to qualify and adopt next‑generation refrigerants by leading application development projects, analyzing field trials, developing technical content, influencing standards and collaborating across Technical Marketing, Sales, R&D and regulatory teams across Europe.

Manage end-to-end biweekly and monthly payroll for multi-state, exempt/non-exempt and union populations. Ensure compliance, resolve payroll errors, maintain payroll files, support audits (including SOX), process stock/RSU entries, participate in system upgrades and year-end activities, and drive process improvements while partnering with Finance, Compensation, and Benefits.

Provide technical leadership for electrical and instrumentation reliability in a chemical manufacturing site. Troubleshoot and maintain low/medium/high voltage distribution, MCCs, switchgear, relays, and instrumentation; ensure code and PSM compliance; lead RCA/FMEA and reliability initiatives; develop preventive/predictive maintenance strategies; support capital projects, spare parts optimization, and cross-functional training to improve equipment availability and safety.
