In this role you are responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into IT architecture requirements to achieve business objectives. In doing so, you will integrate with architecture planning, implementation and governance across business process, solutions, information and technology architecture.
Additionally, you will ensure that established solutions and architectures are performing as expected and you address issues and drive for resolutions with responsible support partners. Your area of expertise is SAP centric but extends to bolt-on systems like a Hybris E-commerce
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsible for the Business Process Analysis in cooperation with the business and provide SAP solutions (Sales To Cash)

Act as IT business analyst to document IT requirements and resolve business processes with the help of technology, and validate solutions during testing.

Ensure compliance on Sales To Cash processes

Review/challenge gaps and propose SAP solution designs
-
Challenge to reduce and remove complex custom legacy developments and return the functionality back to standard.

Create and follow-up on Change Requests on SAP/middleware

Configure SAP and conduct IT testing
-
Technical collaboration with IT supplier development team.

Back-up for E-commerce

Lead IT projects combining multiple technologies (Salesforce, SAP, C4 On-line portal)
The following is required for this role:
-
More than 5 years in SAP environment with experience in Sales To Cash, ideally in R3 and in S4.

Fluent in English.
-
Must be able to learn and apply new technologies rapidly.
-
Strong analytical skills.
-
Education Requirement (s) and/or Equivalent Experience .
-
Technical Experience Required, or very eager to learn SAP.
The following is preferred for this role:
-
Functional transactional SAP experience as a Customer Service Rep or Inside Sales Rep or Supply Chain.
-
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese can be a plus.
-
SAP Configuration expertise and SAP certification is a plus.
-
Knowledge on electronics invoice processes.
-
Knowledgeable on pricing and possibly other systems such as Salesforce.
-
Experience in integration between SAP and other systems (salesforce, SAP Hybris, HANA) is a plus.

Experience in leading IT projects possibly in an agile context (DevOps).

Great communicator, good listening skills.

Action oriented and drives for results: demonstrates deep understanding of customer expectations and end user needs.

Manages ambiguity, and able to work with short deadlines.
