Provides welcoming, personalized customer service to spa guests and residents. Promotes and sells spa services and products, explains activities, manages bookings, and handles rescheduling and cancellations. Reviews guest notes for booking issues, allergies, and special requests; communicates with service providers; completes opening, closing, cleanliness, and laundry duties. Requires consistent adherence to service protocols and a warm, professional presence.

Assists food and beverage leadership with daily department operations, business planning, service standards, staff hiring and training, payroll, compliance, guest satisfaction, inventory, cost control, banquets, and quality assurance. Maintains safe, clean facilities and supports operational strategies, team development, and financial performance. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, prepare and schedule checks, resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, maintain records, support audits, and coordinate with accounting/finance and vendors to ensure timely payments.

Patrols the golf course to enforce pace-of-play, rules, dress and alcohol policies; inspects registrations, assists injured players, performs light course maintenance, operates signage transport and aids pro shop tasks.

Seasonal internship supporting daily golf course maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation inspections, basic repairs, chemical applications under supervision, special projects like aeration and topdressing, event setup, and recordkeeping while learning turfgrass management principles and safety procedures.

Provide friendly front-desk service at a private club: greet members/guests, answer calls and emails, manage reservations and POS orders, handle mail and coat check, assist as host during events, create simple Canva buffet cards, and maintain front desk organization.

Monitor pace-of-play and enforce course rules, assist customers on and off the course, perform light course maintenance (rake bunkers, fix ball marks), inspect registration/fees, enforce alcohol and dress policies, transport signage/people, replenish pro-shop golf balls, and provide customer service in an outdoor environment.
