Seasonal internship supporting daily golf course maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation inspections, basic repairs, chemical applications under supervision, special projects like aeration and topdressing, event setup, and recordkeeping while learning turfgrass management principles and safety procedures.

Lead and manage all golf instruction and player development programs, train and supervise teaching staff, schedule lessons and clinics, maintain range and teaching equipment, manage instructional budget and revenue, promote club fittings and equipment sales, and represent the facility in community and promotional activities.

Provide friendly front-desk service at a private club: greet members/guests, answer calls and emails, manage reservations and POS orders, handle mail and coat check, assist as host during events, create simple Canva buffet cards, and maintain front desk organization.

Assist golf course maintenance by learning and applying agronomy and turfgrass management to produce course playing conditions. Support team development, technology use, business aspects of agronomy, continuing education, and long-term planning. Must meet pesticide applicator certification requirements and have prior turfgrass experience.

Monitor pace-of-play and enforce course rules, assist customers on and off the course, perform light course maintenance (rake bunkers, fix ball marks), inspect registration/fees, enforce alcohol and dress policies, transport signage/people, replenish pro-shop golf balls, and provide customer service in an outdoor environment.

Perform general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical) to maintain clubhouse facilities, complete work orders, handle deliveries and inventory, follow safety/fire regulations, and assist in emergencies. May work nights, weekends, and in varied weather conditions.

Support the Tennis Director by delivering private and group lessons, assisting with instructional programs, camps, clinics, events and tournaments, covering pro-shop hours, promoting memberships, managing reservations and lesson reports, and providing high-quality member service at the club.

Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, prepare and schedule checks, resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, maintain records, support audits, and coordinate with accounting/finance and vendors to ensure timely payments.
