Design, develop, and maintain container orchestration infrastructure (Kubernetes) and PaaS solutions for naval combat systems. Manage configuration control, baselines, and change processes for hardware and embedded software. Maintain CM documentation, support BOMs and audits, participate in CCBs, and enforce CM strategy and tools across engineering and production.

Perform installation, integration, and testing of hardware and software systems: load OS/apps, build systems, cable and rack hardware, execute test plans (automated and manual), perform QA and validate system functionality and throughput.

Lead Project Manager oversees internal litigation support and e-discovery projects: plan and execute case management strategies, maintain schedules, manage teams, identify and mitigate risks, ensure security and compliance reporting, support audits and application assessments, and recommend process improvements. Works closely with attorneys and government PMs and uses eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Clearwell) and data management tools.

Develop and test UiPath RPA solutions, build Java web applications, and create PL/SQL ETL packages for Oracle 11g/12c. Produce automation prototypes, troubleshoot issues, capture stakeholder requirements, and document processes to support Momentum Financial ERP and Sunflower Asset Management.

Design, implement, and manage RF ground systems infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud platforms. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks with Python/Shell, apply DevSecOps security practices, participate in incident response, ensure compliance, and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain complex firmware, device drivers, RTOS and application software for networking and communications in the cybersecurity domain. Collaborate with product teams, perform security analysis, debug system-level issues, liaise with customers, and support development and process improvements to meet quality and schedule requirements.

Support CONUS/OCONUS Army logistics: manage shipments, asset and configuration management, inventory and warehouse tasks, collect/analyze logistics metrics, report failures, perform on-site hardware installation/testing, assist with documentation and production acceptance testing, and support audits and field surveys.

Provide litigation-focused paralegal support for DOJ National Fraud Enforcement Division: document review, indexing, eDiscovery (Relativity, Concordance/Summation), trial preparation, witness/exhibit prep, depositions/transcript summaries, basic legal research, and communication with federal partners. Up to 50% travel required.

Lead design and development of system architectures integrating hardware and software across RF, SIGINT, aerospace, and other engineering domains. Define capabilities, performance requirements, interfaces, and implementation approach. Develop models, architectural guidelines, and system documentation. Provide technical direction, ensure integration, and enforce policy, security, and cyber standards for DoD/IC missions.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of complex LAN/WAN, UC, video, and streaming services. Provide architecture, technical direction, and hands-on expertise with enterprise networking hardware, protocols (BGP, OSPF, GRE, VPN, L2TP), spine-and-leaf designs, monitoring tools, and stakeholder consultation to drive technology modernization and continual service improvement.

Perform quality assurance on DoD network modernization deliverables: review and author network design documents, validate designs against requirements and standards, verify configurations and diagrams, maintain configuration management, produce SOPs/TTPs, review security documentation, mentor junior engineers, and support program management with technical documentation.

Supervise portions of DOJ eDiscovery and litigation support projects, overseeing document review, collection, processing, trial support, and contractor staff. Coordinate schedules, technical/data processing, and client communications while ensuring timely, accurate execution of complex, time-sensitive litigation activities.

Support PMS 312D PAPM by developing acquisition strategies, programmatic reports, metrics, briefings, and administrative controls for carrier RCOH. Manage calendars, action tracking, commitment trackers, SOPs, travel orders (DTS), and coordinate stakeholders to support contract statements of work, evaluations, and program execution.

Manage modification projects for the Satellite Control Network under the DSLM contract, including cost, schedule, scope, resource planning, and integration. Lead teams, coordinate with customers and field sites, develop technical and budget baselines, present briefings, track financials, and drive process improvements to ensure timely delivery and sustainment of satellite telemetry, tracking, command, and communications capabilities.
