Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise systems. Responsibilities include configuring entities, forms, workflows, and usability features; building Power Platform automation, reporting, and integrations; creating C# plugins; developing .NET applications and APIs; troubleshooting integrations; and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, developers, architects, and analysts.

Administers Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure, including installation, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, patching, virtualization, and containerization. Develops and maintains Puppet manifests, modules, infrastructure-as-code scripts, and automation workflows. Supports server provisioning, outage resolution, documentation, and team training. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, onsite work at Langley AFB, Security+ certification, and willingness to provide up to 10% continental U.S. travel, potentially in a 24/7 shift environment.

Provides onsite technical and operational support for globally deployed signal processing systems and applications. Supports Linux, Cisco, proprietary systems, software migrations, releases, networking, server administration, troubleshooting, issue escalation, change control, reporting, and system availability. Serves as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, documents issues, and trains team members. Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, networking expertise, and occasional on-call support.
