Lead and scale the global Project Management function within Delivery. Build and maintain customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript. Develop interfaces for complex data including 360-degree video and imagery, 2D floor plans, 3D models, and large data grids. Collaborate with Product and Design, take end-to-end ownership of frontend systems, and contribute leadership across people, projects, or technologies. Full-stack and Python experience are advantageous.

Lead strategic relationships with North American construction executives, guide technology adoption, develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and demonstrate ROI. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to improve offerings and drive customer outcomes. The role requires deep construction or ConTech expertise, senior stakeholder influence, change management experience, and willingness to travel.

Own and optimize Buildots’ paid digital advertising across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B platforms. Develop audience segmentation, testing, conversion paths, and lead-generation campaigns; monitor ROI and KPIs using marketing analytics tools; manage budgets and execution; collaborate with growth, content, and design teams; and evaluate new marketing technologies and automation tools.

Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and workflows across the go-to-market lifecycle. Turn prototypes into secure, scalable production systems; establish evaluation, monitoring, permissions, and auditability; improve CRM and data foundations; measure business impact; and enable teams to build and use AI safely across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and RevOps.

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and outcomes for an early-stage construction technology product. Conduct customer discovery on active construction sites, define priorities, prototype with AI tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and track adoption and measurable customer value. Serve as the construction domain expert while partnering with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Design, implement, and maintain customer-facing web applications end-to-end. Work on React/TypeScript frontends and Python/Django/Postgres backends, build performant APIs, asynchronous jobs and data pipelines, and create UIs for complex spatial and media-rich construction data.

Lead technical product work across the analysis engine: define roadmap, coordinate AI/Computer Vision research and engineering, improve data processing/validation/delivery, research new data sources/technologies, and liaise with operations and clients to implement features at scale.

Sell Buildots' construction intelligence platform to semiconductor fabrication and mission-critical facility owners. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, exceed quotas, drive pipeline via networking and events, manage forecasting and reporting, and provide customer feedback to product and CS teams.

The role involves driving sales growth by acquiring new customers in the Data Center sector, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer relationships.

The DevOps Engineer will manage multi-cloud infrastructure, drive Kubernetes deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability and observability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
