Drive outbound prospecting across large Nordic enterprises: research leads and personas, use cold calling, email sequences and LinkedIn to generate and qualify opportunities, maintain pipeline, meet monthly and quarterly KPIs, and collaborate with the enterprise sales team to map accounts and build prospect coalitions.

Coordinate and optimize global capture services and US on-site installation operations. Manage project onboarding, implement and document standardized processes (not direct vendor management), handle logistics, compliance, and Jira-based workflows, and drive cross-team coordination to scale operations across US and Europe.

Oversee and ensure high-quality annotations for AI training data: analyze dashboards, specialize in labeling and QC systems, develop improvements, create instructions for offshore teams, and collaborate with operations, outsourcing, development, and QA.
