Own day-to-day operations of a three-floor office serving approximately 300 employees. Manage reception staff, facilities maintenance, vendors, contracts, pricing, budgets, office setup, onboarding and offboarding compliance, swag, and workplace improvements. Partner with Employee Experience on engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives. This is a maternity leave cover role requiring strong communication in English and Hebrew.

Plan and execute company events, celebrations, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Own onboarding and other employee lifecycle moments, including birthdays, anniversaries, and gifts. Manage employee experience projects, budgets, vendors, and logistics while collaborating with global Employee Experience teams to improve workplace culture, wellbeing, and engagement.

Lead and scale the global Project Management function within Delivery. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, utilization, capacity planning, KPIs, project delivery processes, AI-assisted practices, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Manage and mentor global Project Managers, oversee project outcomes, resolve escalations, drive standardization, and support efficient scaling across regions and customer implementations.
