Leads and scales Broccoli’s Technical Success function, managing a technical support team and serving as the bridge between customers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Serve as the CEO’s strategic thought partner and cross-functional operator. Lead ambiguous special projects, coordinate initiatives across engineering, go-to-market, finance, and people teams, maintain leadership operating cadence, improve internal processes, and prepare board and investor materials. Build Broccoli’s private equity relationship engine across home services, developing connections with GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams. Partner with the CEO on strategic relationships, tailor AI value creation and EBITDA narratives, convert conversations into qualified opportunities, and lead the company’s events strategy. Own and build Broccoli AI's end-to-end customer education: design roadmap and materials, teach contractors how to use an AI-native product, create certification, use AI to generate lessons and analyze friction, and deliver training across formats (video, in-product guidance, live sessions).

Own end-to-end video production for short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts): conceive, shoot, edit, finish, organize media library, and travel to capture on-site content. Deliver high-volume quick-turn clips (~10+/week) and polished publish-ready pieces.

Build and lead Broccoli's marketing organization, owning brand positioning, product marketing (GTM, messaging, launches), demand gen, digital marketing, and storytelling. Partner with Sales, Product, and Ops to tie marketing to business outcomes and scale the team and playbook.

Manage and publish content across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook; engage and grow community via comments/DMs; track analytics and recommend improvements; coordinate with video/design teams; handle day-to-day administrative tasks and grow the Broccoli Trades Collective.

Provide technical, customer-facing support for AI agents and platform integrations; troubleshoot logs, SQL, and call/messaging workflows; escalate bugs to Engineering; improve support processes and documentation; work with customers from SMB to enterprise.

Lead product prioritization and execution for AI-driven tools that automate contractor front-office tasks. Partner with customers to discover automation opportunities, define specs, and work with engineering and design to launch AI agents integrated with systems like ServiceTitan.

The AI Operations Lead will build internal systems, dashboards, and AI agents to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and scale operations for Broccoli AI's growth.
