Leads and scales Broccoli’s Technical Success function, managing a technical support team and serving as the bridge between customers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Establishes escalation frameworks, SLAs, ticket routing, incident processes, documentation, metrics, and feedback loops. Partners on complex customer issues, translates technical problems into actionable solutions, develops team expertise, and drives scalable processes and product improvements in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.

Owns daily workplace operations across two offices, including facilities, furniture, equipment, vendors, purchasing, inventory, budgets, events, access, and employee amenities. Coordinates new-hire workstation setup and onboarding, supports leadership, travel logistics, company meetings, and executive events. Maintains organized, welcoming workspaces and builds scalable systems while managing vendor relationships, service quality, and costs.

Manage daily office operations, including supplies, inventory, food ordering, facilities, vendors, events, seating, travel support, expenses, safety compliance, communications, and mail. Coordinate with HR, workplace leaders, landlords, and service providers to maintain an organized, welcoming, and functional office environment. The role also supports employee onboarding logistics, celebrations, conference room scheduling, and ad hoc operational projects.
