Build and own the unified data layer: ingest pipelines into ClickHouse, model and document canonical tables, define metrics, implement quality/freshness checks, enable human and AI querying, run ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with engineering and Strategy & Ops to ensure trustworthy analytics for customers and internal dashboards.

Lead strategic finance and build the finance function: own the operating plan, financial model, KPIs, dashboards, cash management, fundraising materials and diligence, and hire and scale the finance team. Embed automation and AI in finance operations while partnering with executives to drive resource allocation and performance against plan.

The AI Operations Lead will build internal systems, dashboards, and AI agents to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and scale operations for Broccoli AI's growth.
