Build and own the unified data layer: ingestion pipelines into ClickHouse, data modeling and entity resolution, canonical metric definitions, quality checks, and internal data tools. Support ad-hoc analyses and work closely with engineering to ensure stable, trustworthy data powering customer dashboards and product BI.

Work cross-functionally to answer high-priority analytical questions: build end-to-end analyses, KPIs, reports, and customer-facing insights. Produce QBR analyses and turn one-off work into repeatable dashboards and tools. Drive strategic projects with sales, customer success, and product, and present clear recommendations to leadership. Requires hands-on data work and collaboration with analytics and engineering.
