Leads Broccoli’s revenue operations organization across GTM engineering, program management, enablement, and analytics. Owns AI-driven revenue workflows, CRM and GTM systems, planning, forecasting, pipeline management, sales enablement, reporting, and operating cadences. Partners with Sales and Customer Success leadership to improve productivity, retention, expansion, and customer outcomes while building a scalable, data-driven revenue engine.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Broccoli’s largest multi-location trades customers, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, negotiation, close, and expansion. Build business cases, manage complex stakeholder and procurement processes, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve enterprise sales and deployments.

Lead Broccoli’s enterprise sales function by owning revenue targets, building and coaching an enterprise AE team, refining complex multi-location sales processes, managing executive negotiations, forecasting pipeline, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps. This player-coach will close strategic deals while developing scalable enterprise sales motions for home and commercial services operators.
