Leads BRC’s recruitment department, setting strategy, managing high-volume multi-site hiring operations, improving recruiter performance and candidate experience, and overseeing recruitment technology including AI screening and automation. Builds community and professional talent pipelines, monitors recruitment metrics and workforce analytics, ensures compliance, partners with hiring managers and senior leadership, and drives continuous process improvement. The hybrid role may include travel between locations and occasional evening or weekend recruitment events.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and tax filings, administer employee benefits and open enrollment, serve as employee point-of-contact, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with regulations, reconcile data with HR and finance, and coordinate with benefit vendors.

Supervise clinical staff and programming for mentally ill clients in a residential setting. Manage daily operations, scheduling, evaluations, progress reports, referrals, intakes, discharges, and assigned apartments. Provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance when needed while supporting program goals and client services.

Manage pre-award and post-award contract and grant activities including proposal administrative components, subcontract approvals, account setup, compliance monitoring, budgeting, invoicing, audit support, financial reporting, and contract close-outs. Coordinate with finance, HR, program staff and funding agencies; prepare financial analyses and present budget-to-actuals to senior leadership. Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to GAAP and organizational finance policies.

Support HR team with onboarding, orientation logistics, recruitment coordination, reference checks, and employee relations documentation. Prepare orientation materials, track onboarding paperwork, assist with ID photos, maintain Point Memo accuracy, and communicate with candidates and staff. Participate in HR admin projects while preserving confidentiality.

Assist Program Director managing day-to-day operations for Bronx and Brooklyn programs. Supervise clinical and management staff, audit clinical charts, train staff in treatment planning and interventions, liaise with outreach programs and hospitals, expand referral base, perform quality assurance and utilization review, and provide CPR/first aid when needed.

Provide intake/assessment, individual and group counseling, concrete services, advocacy, housing placement, escort clients to appointments, maintain documentation, deliver psychosocial treatment planning, aftercare follow-up, and participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Manage participant retention programming, collect and report employment/retention data, conduct outreach/intake, coordinate with service providers and employers, facilitate employment workshops, provide career assessment and housing retention support, and offer basic first aid/CPR as needed.

Analyze HR metrics, support restructures and succession planning, resolve complex employee issues, and deliver coaching and development to improve retention and productivity.

Lead day-to-day operations of a 24/7 residential stabilization program, supervise frontline staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee client engagement, documentation, inventory, and emergency response, and support staffing, training, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
