Role Overview

The Temporary Recruitment Operations Generalist supports recruitment, internal mobility processes, and supplemental workforce management across the organization. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, this position is responsible for requisition and vacancy management, internal applicant processing, workforce tracking, staffing analytics, and operational initiatives that support organizational staffing needs and service delivery goals.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment Operations

  • Create, review, and process requisitions.
  • Maintain recruitment records, job descriptions, and related documentation.
  • Support talent pipeline, vacancy management, and staffing updates to help identify hiring priorities and operational needs.
  • Assist with tracking requisition status, posting activity, and candidate movement through recruitment workflows.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports, summaries, and updates as needed.

Internal Mobility Administration

  • Review internal applications for minimum qualification requirements.
  • Track application status and coordinate applicant communications.
  • Process transfer, promotion, and internal movement documentation.
  • Maintain records related to internal hiring activity.

Supplemental Workforce Administration

  • Serve as a liaison between programs and supplemental workforce resources.
  • Maintain assignment, availability, and utilization records. Monitor trends.
  • Monitor timesheet submission and approval compliance. Resolve discrepancies and ensure invoices get paid timely.
  • Assist with tracking compliance requirements for supplemental workforce personnel.
  • Ensure required documentation is maintained and readily available for audits and reviews.
  • Support workforce-related audits, reporting requests, and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in developing standardized processes for workforce administration, assignment management, and timekeeping accountability.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and operational leadership to resolve administrative issues related to supplemental staff.

Other Projects

  • Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in recruitment, workforce administration, human resources, staffing operations, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience supporting recruitment operations or workforce administration.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience preparing reports and analyzing operational data.
  • Knowledge of internal recruitment processes, workforce planning, or labor-related practices.

Schedule

Temporary Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Hybrid – 3 days in office
