Job Summary:
BRC is looking for an Intern who is interested in working in Human Resources supporting the Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct our I9 Audit
- Support new hire orientation
- Scan documents and automate our files
- Support with preparing and issuing ID badges
- Collaborate with benefit staff to develop benefit policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-starter and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of the benefit team member and contribute as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite including excel, word and power point
Schedule and Availability:
The internship is fully in person and provides a flexible schedule, with required commitment of 2 days a week.
