Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned programs, advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, HR policies, compliance, training, and HRIS/compensation/benefits processes. Analyze HR metrics, support restructures and succession planning, resolve complex employee issues, and deliver coaching and development to improve retention and productivity.

Lead day-to-day operations of a 24/7 residential stabilization program, supervise frontline staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee client engagement, documentation, inventory, and emergency response, and support staffing, training, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Provide intensive case management to chronically homeless individuals: conduct assessments, develop individualized housing plans, assist with entitlements and housing placements, prepare clients for interviews, coordinate with clinical teams and outside programs, maintain documentation, perform field and office meetings, and provide emergency first aid/CPR or overdose prevention support.
