Design mobile and web flows for onboarding, balances, transfers, and payments. Simplify complex requirements into reliable, user-first experiences, collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance, maintain the design system, and prioritize clarity and usability.

Hunt and close new B2B clients in banking/fintech, own the full sales cycle, build pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate internal teams for deal close, and later define and scale the commercial playbook and team.

Support sales operations and strategy by building commercial proposals, managing incentives and commissions, governing HubSpot pipeline, creating BI dashboards, analyzing profitability and margins, and preparing strategic reports for leadership to improve conversion and pricing.

Advise management and business areas on Mexican banking regulatory compliance and legal risk. Design and review financial products, contracts, corporate documents, and internal policies. Interpret CNBV, Banxico, CONDUSEF, and UIF rules, coordinate with AML/CFT, internal control, audits, and compliance to implement preventive controls and ensure governance.

Own end-to-end product implementations: translate functional requirements, author user stories and acceptance matrices, run UAT/smoke/regression testing, manage bugs with Tech, coordinate Legal/Compliance/Operations/Marketing, track timelines and risks, and monitor production stabilization and performance metrics.

Support the Commercial team by managing partner relationships, maintaining the sales pipeline and CRM, preparing presentation materials, tracking contracts and integrations, conducting market research, and updating financial models and reports to monitor partnership performance.
