At Banco PagaTodo, we connect technology and banking so fintechs, retailers, and corporations can launch financial products fast and seamlessly. Our Corporate Relations team opens those doors, and we need a sharp, organized Junior Analyst to help us keep the partnerships engine running.
We’re looking for someone eager to learn, commercially driven, and highly structured. If you want to understand how B2B deals are made and grow into a business development professional, this is the place to start.
What you’ll doSupport the Deal Flow: Assist the Commercial team in managing relationships with partners and institutional clients.
Pipeline Management: Help update the CRM and sales pipeline, ensuring all data is accurate for the CRO.
Sales Enablement: Prepare decks, one-pagers, and presentation materials for client meetings.
Operational Tracking: Follow up on administrative tasks, contract signatures, and integration timelines with internal teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Market Research: Research competitors, market trends, and potential leads to help identifying new business opportunities.
Data Analysis: Maintain and update financial models and reports to track partnership performance.
1 year of experience (internships count!) in business development, commercial support, consulting, or a startup environment.
Interest in Fintech/Banking: You are curious about how payments, APIs, and B2B models work.
Tech-Savvy: Solid skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots) and PowerPoint. You know how to present data clearly.
Structured & Organized: You have excellent attention to detail and can manage multiple deadlines without losing focus.
Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
Attitude: You are proactive, not afraid to ask questions, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
