To maintain our pace, we need a Specialist in Sales Support & Business Intelligence—someone who is as comfortable structuring a complex commercial proposal as they are digging into data to find the next growth lever.
You will be the vital link between our daily sales operations and our long-term business strategy. If you have a sharp analytical mind, a passion for process efficiency, and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do
Deal Structuring & Support: Build commercial proposals based on our guidelines, identifying opportunities to optimize pricing and applying approved exceptions with rigorous documentation.
Incentives Management: Own the "variable engine." You will calculate monthly commissions and bonuses for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and communicating results clearly to every executive.
CRM & Pipeline Governance: Act as the guardian of our HubSpot environment. You’ll ensure the pipeline is pristine, track commitment deadlines, and keep the CRO updated on forecast deviations.
Business Intelligence: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across different products and segments. You won't just report data; you’ll identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our conversion funnel.
Profitability Analysis: Evaluate the margins of our accounts and proposals, providing the leadership team with the insights needed to refine our pricing strategy.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management, translating operational performance into strategic narratives.
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
The Excel Factor: You are a power user. Pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling are your bread and butter.
Tech Stack: Previous experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) is essential. Familiarity with Power BI or basic SQL is a strong advantage.
Analytical Rigor: You have a logical mindset and a "detective" approach to data—you find patterns where others see noise.
Communication: You can bridge the gap between technical data and commercial needs, explaining complex commission or pricing models with ease.
Profile: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, or Business Intelligence (Fintech or Banking background is highly valued).
