Our Product Implementation team ensures that the "Product Market Fit" isn't just a theory, but a high-performing reality in production. We’re looking for someone analytical, structured, and execution-focused. Someone who enjoys diving into the details of a requirement, anticipating risks, and owning the result from end-to-end.
What you’ll do
Document and clarify functional requirements, mediating between business goals and technical feasibility.
Design and execute exhaustive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production matrices.
Manage bug resolution with Technology teams to ensure zero critical issues before go-live.
Coordinate cross-functional requirements with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.
Track project timelines, monitor risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Analyze product performance and implementation metrics to guarantee quality and scalability.
Build functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance matrices for new initiatives.
Act as the strategic bridge between Product and Tech to optimize resource allocation.
Monitor the stabilization of projects once they are live in production.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or QA within banking or fintech.
Strong experience documenting functional requirements, user stories, or business specifications.
Advanced Excel skills for dashboard tracking and Jira proficiency for project management.
Proven track record in designing and executing UAT, smoke, and regression tests.
Excellent communication, pragmatism, and a "speed over perfection" mindset.
Proactive attitude with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive results without direct authority.
