Lead technical coordination for boiler projects supporting data center power generation. Guide engineering across procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning, manage technical risk, change control, vendor and customer technical interface, mentor junior engineers, and support project profitability and schedule adherence.

Develop and manage complete part/repair quote proposals: define scope, research contracts and drawings, determine cost/price/lead time, coordinate cross-functional groups, maintain quote ownership and act as primary contact for internal and external follow-up.

Strengthen QA/QC culture and ensure products meet quality standards by developing and implementing QC procedures, executing inspections and audits, managing ITPs and non-conformances, coordinating with vendors and clients, entering and analyzing quality data, supporting ASME/ISO/AWS certification audits, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across manufacturing projects.

Lead QA/QC activities across projects: develop and execute inspection and test plans, perform audits, track quality data, handle non-conformances, support ASME/ISO certifications, and drive continuous improvement in fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Support quality oversight across fabrication projects by ensuring standards and project specifications are met, coordinating inspections and documentation, investigating non-conformances, maintaining quality plans and ITPs, assisting with ISO/ASME audits, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Support development and deployment of generative image models on Azure, including training/fine-tuning, prompt engineering, image preprocessing/post-processing, integration into tools, testing, documentation, and establishing repeatable workflows for industrial imagery.

Provide administrative and operational support to project teams: maintain purchasing and status reports, manage RFIs/change orders, track procurement and spare parts, organize O&M and training materials, enforce document version control, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Lead pursuit and proposal development for coal-fired power plant modernization projects from opportunity identification through contract execution. Engage clients, define technical and commercial strategies, manage bid/no-bid and negotiations, coordinate proposal teams, partner with EPCs, and hand off awarded projects to project management. Maintain proposal records, develop cost/financial models, and travel up to ~30% to support business development and stakeholder presentations.

Coordinate contracts from proposal through project completion; act as commercial liaison among customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; prepare RFQs and purchase requisitions; support purchasing, billing, project controls, and documentation; read project drawings and resolve contract issues to ensure timely execution and invoicing.

Set up and operate horizontal boring mill and similar manual equipment. Clean, deburr, inspect parts with precision measuring tools, attach seals, perform rigging/crane and forklift tasks, maintain machines and records, and follow drawings and quality/customer requirements.

Manage mechanical construction projects ($50K–$5M) in industrial environments. Plan, estimate, schedule, cost, and oversee on-site construction work; enforce safety, manage risks, liaise with customers, and coordinate with unionized trades and project teams.

Lead Technical Designer responsible for generating customer drawings and complete Bills of Materials for project orders. Create 2D/3D arrangement, assembly, and detail drawings (pressure and non-pressure), ensure ASME compliance, produce DXF/CNC shop support, review vendor drawings, perform occasional site walk-downs, interface with fabrication, and train junior staff.

Manage proposal, costing, and execution of power-generation projects end-to-end. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, P&L accountability, risk assessment, cross-functional coordination, proposal development, and maintain project documentation including Salesforce.
