Serves as the technical authority for integrated steam power plant design, optimizing boiler, turbine, condenser, and balance-of-plant systems. Leads plant configuration, heat and mass balances, multidisciplinary design reviews, equipment specifications, supplier evaluations, technical risk management, commissioning support, performance testing, and operational improvements. The role also supports proposals and project development, resolves complex technical interfaces, assures plant performance and reliability, and mentors engineers while communicating decisions to customers, suppliers, project teams, and senior leadership.

Leads a small team evaluating emerging energy technologies for future portfolio growth. Performs technical, energy, exergy, techno-economic, regulatory, and commercial readiness assessments; develops investment, acquisition, partnership, and research strategies; advises the CTO and senior leadership; manages technical risk; authors complex reports; engages industry stakeholders; and mentors technical personnel.

Manages project accounting across setup, cost tracking, reporting, forecasting, billing, revenue recognition, and closeout. Reviews project performance against plans, analyzes variances, supports collections and audits, maintains change orders and risk registers, and collaborates with project management, scheduling, supply chain, and accounting teams. Ensures percentage-of-completion accounting complies with US GAAP and contributes to quarterly forecasting and project status reporting.
