Leads technical design projects for utility boilers and auxiliary equipment. Creates 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation; performs pressure-part calculations, design checks, material planning, and field-weld layout. Reviews vendor equipment, coordinates with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, customers, and offshore teams, and supports first-of-a-kind product development. Assigns and monitors designer work, trains personnel, and travels for model reviews, site measurements, and equipment walk-downs.

Provide commercial and contract review and support for domestic and international proposals and projects. Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, LOIs, MOUs and ancillary documents. Support contract execution, claims, mediations, arbitrations and litigation. Train employees, advise project teams, and identify process improvements.

Processes, distributes, tracks, and maintains engineering, vendor, customer, and project documentation throughout its lifecycle. Maintains metadata, revisions, registers, transmittals, workflows, and status reports while coordinating with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Reviews documents for completeness and compliance, follows up on approvals, supports document-management systems, and assists with document consolidation and review activities.
