Develops strategy, budgets, KPIs, and service capabilities while managing teams, customer escalations, OEM relationships, safety, inventory, warranty claims, and continuous improvement. The role also supports machine commissioning, maintenance, repairs, technical training, and business growth across the assigned territory.

Supports warehouse team leaders and daily logistics operations, including cargo receiving and delivery coordination, WMS data accuracy, inventory checks, cycle counts, stock variation reporting, and inventory record maintenance. Coordinates warehouse supervisors, team leaders, tally clerks, and clients while monitoring productivity, space utilization, timely job completion, and cost-effective performance. Provides daily operational updates to warehouse management.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the UAE automotive market. Manage paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media, content calendars, retargeting, community engagement, and online reputation. Track performance through analytics and CRM tools, deliver reports, optimize ROI, monitor competitors, and collaborate with sales and external partners to drive leads, test-drive bookings, showroom visits, and brand engagement.

Supervise the documentation department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customs, import/export, and freight-forwarding documents. Oversee assistants and clerks, maintain guarantees and job files, coordinate operations, support sales with quotations and freight rates, communicate updates to corporate clients, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and related government requirements.

Supports the CEO with business planning, KPI and performance analysis, management reporting, dashboards, presentations, and decision follow-up. Coordinates cross-functional information gathering and strategic initiatives across Finance, Operations, Commercial, and HR. Tracks actions, owners, risks, and timelines; supports budgets, forecasts, business cases, benchmarking, process improvement, leadership meetings, and ad hoc executive assignments.

Generates qualified appointments for sales and aftersales teams, supports customers through phone and email, resolves queries, improves retention and satisfaction, manages challenging interactions, meets SLAs and revenue KPIs, follows compliance procedures, completes training, and collaborates with supervisors on performance improvement.

Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations, answer and route calls, maintain reception area, manage mail and supplies, operate office equipment, issue visitor badges, assist CEO with scheduling and travel arrangements, coordinate events, handle confidential information, and provide general administrative and customer-service support.

Sell electric vehicles by converting leads, demonstrating product features, managing the full sales process, meeting monthly targets, assisting with finance/insurance, ensuring documentation and vehicle delivery, and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
