Support the CEO with business planning, performance analysis, and management reporting and coordination.
Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business updates for CEO review and decision-making.
Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, and other functions to consolidate accurate and timely business information.
Support analysis of financial and operational performance, including costs, productivity, manpower, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate key strategic and operational initiatives, tracking actions, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
Follow up with leadership and relevant stakeholders on CEO decisions and agreed actions, escalating delays or key issues.
Support business cases, research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate CEO and leadership meetings, including presentations, agendas, key decisions, and action follow-up.
Support ad hoc business analysis, executive projects, and assignments requested by the CEO.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
Work Experience ·
5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, reporting, or project coordination.
· Experience in management reporting, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
· Logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.
