The Role

Supports warehouse team leaders and daily logistics operations, including cargo receiving and delivery coordination, WMS data accuracy, inventory checks, cycle counts, stock variation reporting, and inventory record maintenance. Coordinates warehouse supervisors, team leaders, tally clerks, and clients while monitoring productivity, space utilization, timely job completion, and cost-effective performance. Provides daily operational updates to warehouse management.

Job purpose

To support Team Leader and productivity of manpower for better efficiency and profitability, Improve the logistics Utilization of Space and Turnover with a view of incorporating more cargo within the existing structure.

Job responsibilities

Assist the Team Leaders in their day-to-day activities
Arrange timely receiving and deliveries of cargo
Timely completion of assigned job
To ensure that the delivery information entered in WMS system is correct.
Co-ordinate with clients regarding and delivery of goods.
To conduct internal stock check and cycle counts.
To help our clients to conduct interim and year end stock check.
To report for any stock variations and product preservation.
To ensure that the inventory records are maintaining in our system properly.
To accelerate performance within the stipulated time in cost effective way
To co-ordinate warehouse supervisor, team leaders, tally clerk etc.
Update the Warehouse manager and team leaders regarding the daily operations.

Educational Qualification

Higher Secondary or equivalent

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years’ working experience in 3PL logistics

Competencies

Good communication skill - Ability to communicate effectively via oral media
Good knowledge in Warehouse Management system and floor operation
Able to work under stress & adapt to change.

Languages

Excellent English
