Lead territory marketing for AVI Foodsystems by developing and executing strategic campaigns, retail and meal-plan growth initiatives, digital and print communications, social media, client engagement, merchandising audits, training, budget management, and performance measurement. Partner with operations and corporate marketing to drive revenue, improve guest experience, and ensure brand compliance across accounts. Frequent travel (50-70%) required.

Supervise front-end dining operations at a university campus location, follow opening/cash procedures, enforce safety and appearance standards, lead and support staff, handle customer issues, and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain for foodservice, including purchasing food, disposables and services; develop procurement strategies, forecast needs, negotiate pricing, prepare RFQs, manage vendor relationships and rebates, coordinate cross-functional pricing and vendor setups, lead direct reports, and drive cost-savings and KPI performance.

Oversee front-end production and daily foodservice operations, supervise and support staff, cover staffing shortages, ensure compliance with food and safety policies, and communicate operational issues to management.

Provide on-site IT support for ~350 local and 1,700 remote users: troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, phones, POS, and network issues; track tickets; maintain asset inventory; perform cabling, software installs/upgrades, vendor coordination, and escalate to specialty teams as needed.
