Develop and execute campus dining marketing, engagement, and event programs to boost guest satisfaction, meal plan participation, and retail sales. Manage social media, digital and print collateral, promotional campaigns, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder relations. Lead interns and collaborate with operations and campus partners to ensure brand standards and measure program impact.

Support and maintain company-wide food and physical safety programs across the South East territory. Conduct safety inspections, deliver onsite food and safety training, track and analyze safety metrics, assist with audits, recalls, investigations, and new account safety implementations. Role requires extensive travel and onsite operational support.

Support the marketing team by assisting with promotions, event planning, web research, entry-level graphic design, administrative tasks, cross-department projects, and special marketing initiatives while learning marketing processes.
