Develop and execute campus dining marketing, engagement, event, and promotional programs. Manage social media, website content, digital signage, communications, marketing materials, brand standards, customer feedback, market research, and account-level budgets. Drive meal plan participation, customer engagement, sales, and profitability while collaborating with campus partners and operations leaders. Mentor marketing interns and report performance insights to account leadership.

Supports the marketing department through promotions, events, web research, administrative tasks, cross-department projects, and entry-level graphic design. The intern assists marketing leaders with executing goals and develops practical marketing skills while contributing to organizational initiatives. Applicants must be marketing students with junior or senior standing, a 3.0 GPA or higher, basic marketing knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional, motivated attitude.

Provides front-desk and administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, processing confidential paperwork, coordinating with headquarters, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, updating applicant records, and performing data entry and clerical tasks.
