Supervise dining front-end production and opening procedures, including cash drawer handling. Ensure compliance with food, physical, and account safety policies, maintain grooming and service standards, communicate customer and facility concerns, and support daily management operations. The role requires prior culinary or foodservice experience, team leadership, customer service and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and standing.

Supports marketing activities for university dining services, including promotions, events, web research, graphic design projects, administrative tasks, and cross-department initiatives. Assists marketing managers and directors while developing practical marketing and communication skills. The intern must work dining and admissions events and maintain a professional, organized, energetic, and positive approach.

Manage vending operations by training team members, supporting branch projects and goals, visiting customer accounts, coordinating vending machine installations, monitoring inventory and labor costs, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires safe company-vehicle operation, management experience, financial oversight, strong communication, independent work, problem-solving, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
