Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). Collaborate with another contractor focused on Automate. Opportunity to work on Copilot agents and AI features. Focus is pure Power Platform; Azure/M365 skills not required.

Manage and optimize marketing tools (Salesforce, Impact), implement AI-driven automations and data enrichment, handle ticketing and user support, ensure data quality and migrations, automate workflows, analyze campaign data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve marketing operations and personalization.

Develop and design scalable software using Java, Python, or C# with object-oriented principles. Contribute to system architecture, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement ETL and data transfer solutions using SQL and data modeling, and manage projects from scoping through launch. Work with AWS and AWS CDK.

Manage and enhance marketing tools (Salesforce, Impact, Marketing Cloud), implement AI-driven automations, triage support tickets, ensure data quality and migrations, automate processes, perform campaign data analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve marketing workflows and user experience.

Provide Linux/UNIX system administration and support for hardware engineering: manage accounts, storage (CIFS/NFS), DNS/LDAP/NIS/SSH services, patching, automation (Ansible, scripting), version control, Azure environments, and documentation while handling end-user requests and service-level reporting.

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure API and platform services for third-party and automotive integrations. Act as technical lead for partner-enablement, mentor junior engineers, architect high-availability systems, and collaborate with product, BD, and Alexa platform teams to shape technical strategy.

Design, build, and maintain automated test flows across D365 CE/F&O and Salesforce. Monitor nightly runs, triage defects, repair failing tests to maintain an 85% pass rate, participate in sprint rituals, and maintain QA documentation and standards. Work closely with finance stakeholders (AP/AR, partner payments).

Lead regional business, sales, and talent supply chain operations across Mexico and LATAM. Manage resource allocation, onboarding, background verifications, SOW/PO/invoicing/timesheet processes, and talent demand-supply forecasting. Partner with leadership, L&D, and delivery teams to enable resource utilization, upskilling, reporting, and operational governance.

Manage and administer Azure-based compute and storage environments, handle end-user accounts and service requests, maintain network and storage infrastructure, implement security controls, perform OS/software maintenance and deployments, develop automation and procedural documentation, and collaborate with corporate IT.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications; build framework components; troubleshoot production; support unit and integration testing; collaborate on requirements and release plans; lead code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

Build and maintain solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform with emphasis on Power Apps. Collaborate with team members (one focused on Power Automate), solve technical problems, and potentially develop Copilot agents and other AI integrations. Primarily focused on Power Platform (not Azure or M365).

Design, build, and maintain scalable customer-facing and internal software systems. Collaborate with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver features, write clean code, participate in code reviews, ensure operational excellence (monitoring, performance), contribute documentation, and iterate on solutions with senior engineers.

Lead and manage large, complex enterprise delivery programs across global clients. Oversee strategic planning, execution, budgets/P&L, risk mitigation, SLAs, and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams while building client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Coordinate end-to-end Microsoft Product Group Interaction events: scheduling, communications, hosting support, documentation, and post-event analysis. Manage invites, SharePoint assets, calendar files, session publishing, Azure DevOps items, and stakeholder readiness. Support broader community program operations and contribute to automation, reporting, and M365/Azure-related administration.

Integrate and validate marketing data from multiple sources, ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution, analyze paid media performance, support A/B testing, build scalable dashboards and pipelines, and partner with marketing and product teams to define KPIs and recommend optimizations.
