About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage complex, largescale delivery programs across multiple clients. This strategic leadership role is suited for a senior delivery professional with a strong background in enterprise program management, client engagement, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. You will be accountable for ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget.
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs across diverse domains and technologies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Lead large, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and delivery managers; mentor and build a high-performing delivery organization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Managers to support business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes across programs.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts or programs.
- Foster strong client relationships with C-level stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the adoption of best practices across delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 10+ years in program/delivery management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs involvingdigital technologies, cloud, data, or application modernization.
- Experience managing multi-year engagements with Fortune 500 or global clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions at theexecutive level.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models.
- Financial and contractual acumen including P&L ownership and governance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamicenvironment.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies such as:
- Azure DevOps (ADO) as a project management tool
- Agile Project Management
- Power BI
- React
- Game development is a plus
- Test Automation Frameworks understanding
- Power Automate
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Note: Familiarity with at least one of the above tools is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with global delivery models (onshore, offshore, nearshore).

- Familiarity with at least one Microsoft technology/tool such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, React, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or Test Automation Frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications
