• The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating and supporting all facets of Business Operations, Sales Operations and Talent Management / Talent Supply Chain Operations functions in Mexico & Latin America (LATAM).
• The incumbent should ideally be based out of the Ascendion office at Monterrey, Mexico.
• The incumbent will be reporting directly into the Global Head of Operations, Ascendion.
• MUST have proven top-rated people management experience and must have experience of facing and solving core people-related issues.
• MUST have extensive business operations experience in LATAM for Tier 1or 2 SI companies.
• MUST have expertise in LATAM specific processes for Billable and SG&A employees onboarding, Background Verifications, Talent demand & supply tracking, overall deployable Resource Management / Talent Supply Chain Operations etc.
• Responsible for Enabling & Facilitating effective Resource utilization by maintaining the current status of Resources & Skills Database for the entire Organization.
• Responsible for Effective Resource & Skills Management across all Geographies-Verticals-Practices across the board.
• The incumbent will participate & present status in Review Meetings, oversee fulfillment & mobilization of Resource requirements, in a centralized manner.
• Responsible for Proactively planning for fulfillment by closely monitoring demand & supply by Vertical/Practice.
• Responsible for updating the Business on availability and supply of talent from the market/ELT pool/Bench etc.
• Work with L&D & Circles to manage up-skilling/re-skilling/cross-skilling of resources as per Business needs.
• Managing & Maintaining (tracking & reporting) the pool of Deployable resources (Bench/NBL/ELT or upcoming PO expirations etc.)
• Ensuring Optimal Resource allocations across Geographies/Verticals/Service lines
• Providing engineering managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.
• Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan resourcing accordingly.
• Coordinate, track and report on a daily/weekly basis all project execution related operational matters, including but not limited to SOW-PO-Resource tracking, invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, HWF/TWF/WF Management etc.
• Define, and execute processes and mechanisms for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Coordination of monthly and quarterly SOW & PO renewals, hiring demands, resource starts & terminations forecasting process and reporting in partnership with account/ portfolio Management team
• Works directly with the existing business and engineering delivery management teams to build reports and manage supporting functions of the financials
• Provide executive business support including governance and management routines, communications, ad-hoc analysis, and presentations
• Will partner closely with the leadership team to communicate strategy and priorities, provide operational reporting to enable routines and accountability, and influence employees and leaders to achieve business goals.
