Responsibilities
- Build out automated flows according to requirements within D365 CE, Salesforce, and D365 F&O.
- Monitor nightly automated runs and triage/document bugs and defects.
- Modify and repair failing automated tests to maintain 85% suite pass rate.
- Contribute to weekly sprint planning, retro meetings, and QA Center of Excellence.
- Understand and adhere to the QA Automation standards and best practices.
- Contribute to QA Wiki and QA Documentation.
Required Skills
- Experienced with the following types of tests: unit, integration, acceptance, functional, and regression.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (L2–L3 level).
- Strong financial background (AP/AR, partner payments, finance ops).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Coupa, NetSuite, and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
