Lead establishment and operation of Skill Development & Training Centers in Bihar and Rajasthan. Coordinate with government bodies, training partners, and local stakeholders; manage center administration, infrastructure, compliance, and program delivery (PMKVY and similar). Maintain discipline, reporting structures, and operational efficiency while traveling to project locations as needed.

Consult with clients to assess learning needs, design and deliver customized classroom, virtual, blended and e-learning programs, facilitate workshops and leadership sessions, manage multiple client projects and logistics, measure training effectiveness, prepare post-training reports, and recommend improvements to optimize learning outcomes.

Conduct policy research and analysis of central and state government schemes for warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Assess client eligibility for incentives, prepare summaries, reports, presentations, and maintain scheme databases. Support application documentation and submissions while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Lead and manage end-to-end temporary staffing operations across multiple on-site locations. Oversee on-site recruiters, ensure timely manpower deployment, track headcount and attrition, maintain accurate MIS and reporting, coordinate between sites and HQ, enforce compliance and SOPs, and drive operational efficiency and accountability.

Lead business development and government sales for integrated facility management projects. Identify and pursue tenders, build government relationships, prepare strategic marketing plans and budgets, manage contracts and negotiations, support project execution and collections, develop market intelligence and MIS, and mentor and restructure the sales team to meet revenue and margin targets.

Lead group-wide financial strategy, controls, treasury, and capital structuring. Oversee multi-entity consolidation, compliance (Ind AS, GST, TDS), working capital and cash management, investor relations, IPO readiness, digital finance transformation (SAP/ERP, MIS, dashboards), M&A support, and build a high-performance finance team.

Support legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance. Monitor legal developments, handle disputes and legal notices, and align policies across departments in a fintech environment.

Lead regional property and facilities operations to achieve P&L and EBITA targets. Drive operational excellence, HSE and ESG strategy, vendor/contract management, cost optimization, CAPEX projects, and technology adoption across portfolios. Oversee KPIs, audits, reporting, and client engagement while implementing Lean/Six Sigma, AutoCAD layouts, and sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.

Lead group HR strategy and execution across subsidiaries. Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, HR transformation, employee relations, compensation, HR governance, analytics, and digital HR initiatives. Partner with Board and executive leadership to build high-performance culture, manage large dispersed workforces, and ensure compliance with labour laws and corporate governance.

Make outbound calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners to explain fintech products (DMT, AEPS, bill payments, POS), follow up on KYC and pending documents, coordinate onboarding with operations, update customer/partner records, escalate and track issue resolution, and maintain daily call logs and reports.

Manage financial transactions for commercial properties including billing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, bookkeeping, budgeting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and reporting. Coordinate with property managers, tenants, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, expense control, and monthly financial reporting.

Lead finance, accounting, taxation, compliance and controls for a multi-store QSR chain. Oversee P&L, budgeting, cash flow, store-wise sales reconciliation, cost control, audits, ERP/POS integration, payroll, vendor payments, CAPEX and finance team leadership while ensuring GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Lead regional corporate sales and strategic marketing to generate leads, close revenue, and improve gross margin. Build and coach a sales team, develop new business, manage client relationships, prepare proposals and reports, liaise with operations/CRM, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Support end-to-end equity fundraising (IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, private placements) and project finance. Perform market and valuation analysis, prepare investor decks and financial models, coordinate investor engagement, roadshows, and advisory teams, and ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI/RBI throughout transactions.

Lead transaction advisory engagements including financial and commercial due diligence, project appraisal across agriculture and infrastructure sectors, prepare feasibility studies and financial models, advise on financing and debt structuring, manage client relationships, analyze financial statements and investment proposals, and deliver high-quality reports and presentations on schedule.

Support leadership hiring mandates by conducting market research and talent mapping, sourcing candidates (primarily via LinkedIn), screening and evaluating applicants, preparing candidate summaries/reports, and working closely with senior consultants to own hiring assignments and meet client deadlines.

Lead enterprise/B2B sales within BFSI or FMCG verticals for Background Verification and Audit & Assurance services. Identify opportunities, build CXO relationships, manage full sales cycle, collaborate on solutions and onboarding, and achieve revenue targets.

Work directly with the Founder as their strategic extension to drive execution across business initiatives. Support transaction evaluation, prepare business plans and investor decks, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market research, represent the Founder in meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion.
