Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Head – Temporary Staffing to build, lead, and scale our Temp Staffing vertical as a standalone business unit. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with complete ownership of business development, operations, and profitability.

Key Expectations:

• Build & Establish: Set up the Temp Staffing vertical, including processes, systems, and team.
  
• Business Development: Acquire new clients, grow the client base, and expand service offerings.
  
• P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth, ensure cost efficiency, and run the vertical as a profit center.
  
• Operational Leadership: Oversee payroll, compliance, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Strategic Growth: Continuously innovate and scale the vertical into a leading business line for the company.
  

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Business Development & Vertical Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  
• Build, lead, and scale the Temporary Staffing vertical as a profit center with full P&L responsibility.
  

2.      Client Relations & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding services, payroll matter, MIS & other – as may be needed from time to time.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
  

3.      Payroll Processing

• Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for temporary staff.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
  
• Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliance with government regulations.
  
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  

4.      Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll and staffing.
  
• Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  
• Manage relationships with government bodies and agencies for compliance-related matters.
  

5.      Compensation Management

• Develop and manage compensation structures.
  
• Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation policies and practices.
  

Qualification:

·       Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

·       Experience: 6-8 years of experience in payroll processing, temporary staffing, or related roles.

·       Having professional and business acumen.

·       Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.

·       Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.

·       Familiarity with compensation management and structures.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
