Leads the company’s end-to-end M&A agenda, including sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, approvals, and integration. Prepares investment committee materials, assesses synergies and risks, and manages multiple transactions. Also leads investor relations, analyst engagement, market and sector analysis, and strategic recommendations for inorganic growth. The role requires extensive senior stakeholder management across promoters, investors, advisors, subsidiaries, and leadership, with frequent travel.

Supports M&A and investment evaluation through financial analysis, valuation, modeling, due diligence coordination, transaction execution, and investor relations. Prepares investment committee notes, financial projections, presentations, and management reports while conducting market research, benchmarking, and risk analysis. Coordinates internal teams and external advisors, manages transaction workstreams, and uses AI-powered tools to improve research and analytical productivity.

Make calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners; explain fintech services; follow up on KYC, documents, onboarding, and operational requirements; update records; identify and escalate concerns; track resolutions; and maintain daily call reports and feedback.
