Manage site planning, structural and MEP design, ensure code and brand compliance, coordinate architects and contractors, review shop drawings, conduct site visits, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead establishment and operation of Skill Development & Training Centers in Bihar and Rajasthan. Coordinate with government bodies, training partners, and local stakeholders; manage center administration, infrastructure, compliance, and program delivery (PMKVY and similar). Maintain discipline, reporting structures, and operational efficiency while traveling to project locations as needed.
