About the Role
You will be assisting and working on live leadership hiring mandates across: Facilities Management (FM), Real Esate, Financial services, Corporate & Industrial Services, manufacturing etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research & talent mapping for senior roles
2. Identify and approach relevant candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
3. Assist in screening and evaluating candidates
4. Prepare candidate summaries and reports for clients
5. Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates
6. Take ownership of specific hiring assignments over time
